Project 10 Pan has officially begun!

Hello! As you read in my previous post, I have started Project 10 Pan where you pick 10 items you'd like to use up before you purchase any more makeup. I have way more than I need and backups of items so I need to use some things up! So next I will share with you the 10 items I am choosing to try to use up before I purchase anymore makeup, skincare, or perfume! Now, if I run completely out of something it's totally okay for me to purchase more, but no okay otherwise! :) I am sure I will have bonus items here and there that I have used up that aren't part of the 10 I chose.Alright, here we go!

1. Elf blush and bronzer cream duo. I have had this for a short while and never reach for it even though it's pretty! There's a small dent into it but I am hoping to at least hit pan a little bit(hitting pan is when you start to see the silver pan the product is in FYI) This is great for summer since cream products won't budge or melt off your face!

2. Mary Kay Translucent setting powder. This stuff is pretty awesome! This is a mini size but I also have the full size. I have a feeling this will take forever to use up!

3.Urban Decay 24/7 liner in Stash. This is a pretty green that I use more in the fall but I really want to use it up already! It was a deluxe sample from Ulta awhile back.

4. Avon Brightening Concealer. When I first got this I enjoyed but then found an even better under eye brightener to use so this got tossed to the side. This only works if you blend with your finger right after you apply it. I tried a brush to apply and it just gets all crumbly or patchy and gross. So I just want to try to use this up a bit more before it goes adios!

5. NYX jumbo eye pencil in Yogurt. I really enjoy this eye pencil I just have so many products in this shade! It's a great base for your shadows! I am about halfway done with it! :)

6. Mary Kay Foundation. A year ago I started Mary Kay and stopped doing it in the Fall last year. It was just too overwhelming but I do enjoy the products. I am trying to use up my leftover stuff so this is one of the many product I need to get outta my stash! Granted I might repurchase if my MK lady has a sale! :) But first let's get more makeup out of my makeup bag!

7. Fergie by Wet and Wild Eyeshadow Primer. This stuff is okay, I prefer my $1 ELF primer over this though. It is about half gone so some progress has been made at least! :) I use this first then the NYX pencil as a base for my shadows, works well.

8. ELF Foundation stick. I just used this again the other day and now I have two big pimples on my face :/
I may just toss it out but I will try it in a few weeks again to make sure it's that and not my horomones, lol.

9. Bare Minerals foundation primer. I really like this product! But I have like 5 of this little tubes so I am working on finishing them up! :)

10. Avon Simply Because for Her. I won this from my Avon lady and was obsessed with it last year. I seriously have like a dozen perfumes, it's ridiculous. This smells girly and awesome, but I think it was discontinued. When I found that out I stopped using it for some reason?! Weirdo, I know...but I am over halfway done so why not just finish it up and move on to my other perfumes patiently waiting for some love!

Alright, if you are still with me, I thank you! That was a lot! I figure photos help show the usage or lack of usage and I will update every so often with photos once I get a decent amount used or gone! :) It will help me save even more money by shopping my stash too! I am almost on a few more empties on some holy grail products that I will share with you as well along the way! :)
Have a great day!

Been on hiatus

Hello! Long time no chat! I've been super crazy busy with work and life and so on that I have neglected my blog! I hope you forgive me! Work has been busy, my bestie moved to another state, been visiting family and staying busy with couponing and exercising. So nothing too super amazing or whatnot but keepin' busy!
Recently, I have decided to start Project 10 Pan. It started on Youtube I believe, but you pick form your beauty/skincare products or whatnot and commit to using them up before you purchase any new stuff. I have a my fair share and more of these items and I need to declutter and choose to use it up or toss it out! I will create another post about it with all the items I plan on using up! So far one of them caused me to break out so it's getting tossed!
I have a pretty good stockpile going right now so we won't have to purchase hardly anything for the next year! Here's a pic of my stash :)

Here is a sneak peek of my Project 10 Pan:

Stay tuned for my next blog post! I promise it won't be as long since last time! :)

Sunday Funday Haul!

Hello! I went to CVS and Walgreens this morning for some awesome deals! :) Also there are 2 inserts in todays paper including a lot of Easter candy and toy coupons! Check it out!

First I went to CVS to get my Venus razor and deoderant deals. I realized in my stockpile I am down to 1 backup deoderant! I do not know how this happened! LOL So I decided I needed to find some great deals and grab a few more backups! The deal this week at CVS is buy any 1 Venus razor(cheapest is $6.79-$7.79) and get $5ecb back for your next purchase. There was a $4 off coupon in the paper a week or two ago. Otherwise there was a P&G mailer with a $3 off coupon as well. I also had $4ecb and $3.50ecb to use with my purchases. I first bought the razor and used my $4ecb and $3mfr coupon and paid tax. My $5ecb printed out and then I purchased 2 wet and wild polishes and 1 coverall cream foundation(love this stuff!) They are buy 2 get the 3rd FREE! Plus I had 2 $1 off coupons to use! I also used 1 $2 off Dove deoderant and $1.50 off Degree deoderant. The Dove deoderant is on sale 2 for $10 but I only purchased one at $5.
So after all of those coupons, ecbs, and 20% off mailer I spent a total of $2.42 and saved $26.28!!!!
I was super happy about that!! :)

Next, I went to Walgreens to go get my FREE Starbucks iced coffee after RR. You pay 99 cents and get 99 cents RR back for your next purchase. I also picked up two Revlon lip stains since these are normally $9.50 and they are marked down to $4.49 plus they are BOGO50%! And in the Walgreens coupon book found by the entrance there is a $1 off Revlon lip coupon! It will ring up $1 off for each one you purchase. I also wanted to try out the newer Revlon scented polishes and had $2 off coupon. Lastly, the Caress body was is on sale this week BOGO FREE plus there is a $2 off coupon from the paper a week or two ago. I found this scent with a sticker saying you get an extra 50% more. I looked at the other bottles and they weren't bonus size bottles so I picked these ones up to get even more for my money! :) Plus it smells pretty good too! So in the end after coupons, register rewards, etc, I spent a total of $12.25 and saved $25.14!

So I ended up picking up all of this stuff for under $15! That's crazy, right?!?!? It can be done if you set your mind to it and plan accordingly and keep your coupons organized! I keep my coupons in a little box and also save each weeks coupon inserts just in case I may need a coupon I didn't clip out!
I still have to run to Target and a few other places to pick up more cheap items and freebies!
Happy Sunday!

Sunday Funday!

Good afternoon! This morning was a bit chilly here in IL. Just 19 degrees. Winter does not want to go away and let Spring in! But I thought I'd share with you my hauls today from CVS, Target, and Kohl's.
My nice stack of coupons for CVS and Target!

CVS had a great coupon coming from the magic coupon machine to make a single roll of paper towel free! :) Plus They have Suave body wash 2 for $4 plus there are coupons out and about for these along with printable coupons for Suave Natural Infusions shampoo and conditioner. Also Cheerios are on sale for $1.99 a box plus I had a 75 cent off 1 box and $1/2 boxes coupon. With the Suave deal at CVS you spend $12 before coupons and get $4ecb back plus there was a magic coupon machine coupon for $2 off $10 shampoo or conditioner purchase to stretch the deal even further. So my first transaction I did all my Suave and my free paper towel and then turned around and used my $4ecb to help pay for my 3 boxes of cereal!
Spent $11.16 and saved $21.43!

Next, I went to Kohl's and had to return pants there were too short for me :/ But then I had $10 Kohl's Cash to use along with 20% off. I really want a black maxi skirt. It's such a simple, versatile piece to add to your wardrobe and it's super comfy which is another perk! So I was raiding the racks of Kohl's with no luck. I eventually found a black maxi skirt on sale for $19.99 minus my $10 Kohl's Cash along with my 20% off and paid just $8 and change for my black maxi skirt! :) I was one happy lady!

Lastly, I stopped at Target for groceries along with some deals they had going on. I used manufacturer coupons, mobile and printable Target coupons, and Cartwheel app on my Iphone to help stretch my buck! Plus I have the RedCard Debit which gives you 5% off! :)
So in Target's ad this week they have a coupon spend $15 get $5 off hair care products. Plus Tresemme has a deal at Target if you buy 2 items you get a free Tres Two hairspray! I bought 1 conditioner, 1 shampoo, and 1 curling mousse and then got the free hairspray. There are also coupons in the paper along with a printable coupon for Tresemme. Which I used all three of them, each $2 off so grand total in coupon savings is $11 plus the free hairspray which was a savings of $4.49 and my 5% off with my RedCard! Phewie! Great deal and spent about $7 when all was said and done with Tresemme stuff! Not bad! :)
I of course bought all my groceries and there is a mobile coupon when you text FRESH to 827438 and they will text you a link to open for $1 off fresh fruit, veggies, meat, etc. to use along with all your coupons! :) It's fabulous!
I ended up spending $52.33 and saved $25.12( I splurged on the 2 mason jars, file organizer, and chevron coupon binder total of $5 lol)
I had a busy morning of successful deals with all my coupons! Remember to always check out coupons.com along with target.com for all your printable coupons. Remember too that at Target you can stack coupons to maximize savings! :)
Happy Sunday!

Boycotting and other random things

So I have been boycotting shopping at Bath and Body Works. Which my wallet is happy but my love for candles is slowly suffering. They've raised their prices on their products yet again and that has made me decide to stop shopping there-at least until there is a super amazing deal or a semi annual sale.
So I recently ventured into The Body Shop and I love their Satsuma body butter so I had to go buy a full size of the mini I have. It's a delicious summery scent along with a slight floral scent mixed it. Yum. It is summer in a jar! :) I also picked up their mango body butter and their seaweed clay ionic face mask. They were buy 2 get 1 free. Plus I picked up their loyalty card to get 10% off for a year plus a birthday gift and when you get a certain amount of points you get freebies! :) Love that! Their prices are similar to Bath and Body Works, granted they do not have candles but they do have skincare. I am a fan for more natural skincare that actually works so I am excited to try out their skincare line as well! Go check out their body butters at the Body Shop especially since Bath and Body Work stopped selling theirs!
At my local Kirkland's I found some great smelling candles for pretty cheap so I cannot wait to try them to see how they hold up to my beloved BBW candles!
I've been trying to not purchase any makeup goodies but then end up picking up skincare stuff or a new purse. Lol. I just can't win. Thankfully, I have a bag full of empties for my Project Empties 2014. I just need to work on the no buy portion of that to get it to actually work completely.
I have a box full of makeup, skincare, and other various items that I am going to donate to the local women's shelter. I could try selling them online but I thought it'd be a better idea to donate them to women who might want/need them and what woman doesn't want to feel pretty, right?
My left ear has been plugged for 3 days, which is annoying. I am pretty sure it's my sinuses that are bugging me due to the changing weather since it's warming up. I tried the hydrogen peroxide on my ear to try to unclog it which worked someone and gave me some relief. Next, I am going to try the Neti pot since that works well to clear up your sinuses.
I notice that some people cannot handle change and end up throwing a fit and saying negative things about the change. I say just take a deep breath, go with the flow, and get over it. Not much we can do sometimes but see how things will play out.
I recently stumbled upon a recipe for Shamrock Shakes. It's so easy! Just vanilla ice cream, milk,  green food coloring, and mint extract. Not peppermint or spearmint, just MINT extract. It's seriously a fabulously similar shake! If you try it, let me know what you thing! You only need a few drops of food coloring and mint extract for it to work! :) Delish!
If you are in the markey for a Dooney and Bourke bag, head over to I Love Dooney on amazon.com They have tons of authentic Dooney's for a fraction of the price plus free shipping! I picked up a gorgeous bag for about 60% off! :) Much nicer on my wallet but still get the bag I fell in love with at Macy's for full price!
Recently, I picked up the Iphone 5c and I love it! I got it in pink and it's pretty much the most amazing phone ever! I have tons more storage than my old phone and it's so easy to use! It's pretty darn close to perfection in a cell phone. :)
Well, I have plans to post my Project Empties this weekend along with the Sunday coupons! So stay tuned and take care!

Avon haul, swatches, and review!

Hello! I thought I'd share with you my lovely Avon haul! I really do love some of their products! So here's a haul and review for you with swatches in case anything peaks your interest! :)

Here's my lovely haul! I have been dying to try to BB and CC creams from Avon since I've heard great things! My Avon lady sent me a few freebies with my order as well! Gotta love that! :)

I totally love their BB cream, I picked up the shade Light/Medium. BB creams that I've tried before tend to oxidize on my combo/oily skin or just have no coverage! Avon's has great coverage, I still use a concealer underneath it, and it gives me pretty good coverage! I haven't tried the CC cream just yet but I have high hopes for it! My skin has been getting super dry with this never ending winter and this BB cream is really helping my skin! :)

I love Avon's Ideal flawless concealer, I have back ups of it because I love it so much! So I thought I'd branch out and try a few others! :) The Extralasting concealer is pretty awesome! It has great coverage and last all day! I put it under my eyes and it works great! I have the shade light.                                  Swatches from Top to Bottom are Avon Ideal Flawless concealer in light medium, Avon brightening concealer in medium, Avon Extralasting concealer in light, BB cream in light/medium, CC cream in light/medium, Totally Kissable gloss in desirable peach.                                                                                          I really enjoy Avon's lip products. I love their totally kissable lipstick in lovey dovey, such a great pink shade and so hydrating! They came out with totally kissable lipglosses and they live up to my expectations! I am grabbing this more and more! :) Feels smooth and not sticky on the lips and lasts awhile. Has sheer pigmentation but I love how hydrating it is!

I ordered Avon's Ideal Luminous Blush in Rose Lustre and this is gorgeous! I love it even more than my MAC blush! It has a subtle sheen to it but no chunky glitter which is nice.I love the glowy look it gives my cheeks! :) Swatched above on the far left.
My Avon lady sent me a couple eyeshadow palettes for free with my order. I am on the fence about their shadows. Sometimes they can be okay and sometimes they can be horrible. These ones I am really enjoying! The first one is a duo in the color Gold Goddess. This is a great daily duo to wear. I love Urban Decay's Half Baked shadow which is a lovely gold and this is somewhat similar I feel. Not spot on but gives you that sort of look. These are nicely pigmented also! Swatched above in far left photo.
I purchased the Color Creme shadow tube in the color Hazelnut. This is a fun product! It squirts out of the tube and you blend with your finger. You have some play time to put it on but once it sets it doesn't budge! After swatching this(far left photo on the bottom of hand) the shadow didn't budge! It'd be a great base or alone on the lid.
Lastly, I have the Wrapped in Velvet palette, in Velvet Smoke. I love this cute little palette! It's tiny and compact. My favorite shadow is in the middle, it's a taupey-brown color. The colors are a white/cream, light blue, taupey-brown, dark green, and a soft black. I use all of them but the light blue. This was another gift from my Avon lady and I am so happy she sent it to me! I am really loving this lately! :) Swatches are in the far right photo.

I hope you enjoyed this and hope it was helpful for you to see a few things from Avon. I love all sorts of brands but there are some items from Avon that are staples in my home! Another fabulous product is their silicone glove lotion, it's seriously amazing!! Check out my Avon Lady's Facebook page and her website. There's usually free shipping with a $30 purchase but sometimes there's other deals as well! :)

Project Empties Update

Hey there! I just finished doing my taxes after 3 hours. I am happy to say I will never ever ever ever do Mary Kay again since that was a big pain in the butt. Thankfully, all went well though with my taxes! :)
I thought I'd update you on my Project Empties. First off, my whole trying to control my purchasing thing didn't work so far. I tried but there were so many good deals! So I am going to work on that some more! But I have managed to toss out two boxes full of empties which feels quite good to do! :) So there is progress somewhere at least! :)
I counted my lip products just in my purse and I have 15...I know, I am a lip gloss junkie/addict/hoarder. But who doesn't love a fab lippie, right??! But I am trying to get through them since a lot of them are like half gone anyways. I've had mascaras that I've tried that are no good or dried up on my really fast so those get tossed out pretty quick. The blushes and eye palettes seem to take forever and a day to go through! But that's okay. I try to keep them sanitized so they will last anyways.
My current favorites are:

Wet and wild coverall foundation
Naked lipgloss in Naked
Naked 3 palette
Dream Matte powder(being discontinued I think)
Laura geller baked bronzer
Avon ideal flawless concealer
Too Faced face primer(sample)
Maybelline color tattoo in pink
Mary Kay cream blush in sheer bliss
Ulta gel liner in brown
Physician Formula FakeOut mascara(love this even more than my green tube)
Bath and Body Works Forever Red Vanilla Rum Perfume

2 other amazing products I've fallen in love with are from Anth's cousin's coworker. She makes more all natural body care products. I purchased her Cocoa-nut body butter and Pumpkin Spice body scrub. First off, they both smell amazing! Secondly, they work and really hydrate your skin and the scrub exfoliates very well! I told her after I used them both for the first time that I will contact her to repurchase once I start to run low!! Check out her site at  http://www.sugarloveproducts.com/

I hope you all had a lovely Valentine's day! Anth made some tasty bread with our penne vodka for dinner and bought me two boxes of chocolates! :) He's awesome! :)
I am off to rest for the night!

Life happens

So I know I have been MIA for awhile. As you all know we were sick after the holidays with the nasty flu bug. Then a few weeks ago I tripped over a cord at work when rooming a patient and ended up spraining my wrist and have had two different wrist braces. I am thankfully back to normal. I've had to replace my windshield due to a large crack in it. Then my driver side window decided to go out on me. Thankfully it was replaced under warranty.
Now more recently, after getting my windows replaced, Anth, Chels, and I went to my Mom's to get her big TV for us to take home and Chels couldn't get out the back from the inside. So I let her out.Weird, right? Then, we were driving home from WI to IL and halfway thru our trip my throttle light and check engine light turns on along with a strange jolt of maybe a lack of power? Not sure. But then we come home and it's a balmy 51 degrees and then we turn on our space heaters just for our power to go out. I know, this is just a never ending tale of bad luck. Then work was crazy today and I already had the start of a headache due to said issues and then my eyelid begins to twitch. I was about to lose my mind. It wouldn't be so bad if it were one thing here and then one thing there. But not all at once. But as they say, " when it rains, it pours".
I called a local dealership and they are so busy with vehicles due the crazy cold weather I'd have to wait over a week to get it for it to be looked at. Thankfully, an auto parts store near us, literally one block away, offers free diagnostic check. So the gentleman read it for us and told us something may be off from getting a tune up and they may just be able to tweak it at the dealership.
So then we got the heat figured out along with our lack of hot water. We forgot to tell the apartment office about the power going on, so we will let them know about that soon. My doors open from the inside now since the child safety locks were on without our knowledge. My amazing friend/coworker Melissa is picking me up tomorrow to go to work(yay! carpooling and coffee!) Everything seems to be figured out for the most part. My sanity is coming back. I almost had a crying disastrous meltdown today but I kept it together and pushed through. There really is a light at the end of the tunnel. I just hope that this is for the year and the rest of the year will be less stressful! :) Time to relax with pizza and wine. Nighty night.

Project Empties!

Hello! Here is an update of my Project Empties! I already filled my box! It feels good to use up something completely and toss it. Sometimes bittersweet when you become attached to some of your favorite things!

I loved the Clear shampoo and conditioner. Great great stuff!
The candles were both okay, I wouldn't repurchase.
The Mitchum deoderant was an epic.fail. Like I hated this stuff. It felt sticky and gross under my armpits and didn't last! I went back to my Dove stuff!
My 3 Bath and Body Works items were all amazing of course! The sugar berry smash I helped finish up since Melissa gave me the rest of it.
The BH Cosmetics facial wipes were no good either. I much prefer the Elf ones. These ones didn't remove all my eye makeup like my Elf ones do.
Pur Minerals 4 in 1 foundation was okay, wouldn't repurchase. I like drugstore powders better than this one.
The mascara was quite good! I enjoyed it.

I already have about 4 more items that are almost empty to toss into my box! This just might become a monthly post! Tell me what were your favorite things you've used up??

Revlon review and FOTD!

Hello! I come writing you about a few newbies I picked up at CVS. I scored pretty well after my coupons and extrabucks! :) Saved 70%!
I decided since CVS had an awesome deal where you spend $15 on Revlon and get $7ecb back why not try out the laquer balm I've been eyeing and then a few of their new shadow links. I had $1 off coupon for these items plus the foundation I had $2 off plus it was 75% off so I paid just $1.69 when all said and done! :)

Here are the two shadow links I purchased. It's a great idea where you pick your own colors to make a custom palette and they can link together. I got taupe and java. These aren't the greatest shadows. I did use my NYX jumbo pencil in yogurt as a base and this seems to help give more pop of color to the shadows and help them stick. I think if you are okay with doing this then they are worth trying a few when they are on sale and if you have coupons. I wouldn't pay full price of course! On the left is with flash and on the right is in natural light. I like these colors. But I'm a neutral lover!

Here's my face of the day using mostly Revlon products. I also used my laquer balm in Demure which is so hydrating and natural and pretty! Excuse my crazy hair, I just got out of the bath! :)

Revlon has some standout products such as their lip butter, glosses, balm stains, laquer balms, and Colorstay foundation. Their blushes and shadows aren't at the top of my list but that's just me. I will continue to use these shadows since they are quite pretty! :)
Happy Sunday!

December favorites!

Hello! A bit belated but that's okay! Here are my December favorites!
I have been loving my Wet and Wild Comfort Zone palette! It has great looks for any day!
I also love my Elf blush in Mellow Mauve. Gives such a natural flush of color!
I have been using Wet and Wild's Coverall Cream foundation along with the powder. This works great this winter to help keep my skin hydrated this winter! I was getting gross dry patches and this has helped get rid of them! :)
I've been trying Elf's new poreless primer and it's fabulous! I am trying to use my my Wet and Wild eyeshadow primer. I think this works just like Elf's essential eyelid primer for me.
My favorite base is Nyx jumbo pencil in Yogurt. This is awesome to help minimize creasing!
I love love love my Avon Ideal Flawless concealer. I am sure if you've seen my past posts you know I love it! :)
A new found love of mine is the Forever Red Vanilla Rum perfume from Bath and Body Works. This is limited edition but I have been trying self control due to my Project Empties and have not purchased a zillion bottles. I will just have to hope they bring it back next year!
My favorite lip gloss which is a refound love is Elf's glossy gloss in Ballet slippers. Such a lovely natural gloss look!
Anth and I have been sick since after Christmas and have really loved the Bath and Body Works bubble bath in Eucalyptus Spearmint scent! I saw this was limited edition which made me sad since we flew through it but I found the Dr. Teals kind at Walmart and it's just as good! :)

Here's two looks from my Wet and Wild Comfort Zone palette!
The one the left is from the first 3 shades on the left side of the palette. This one on the right is a natural/olive eye look using mostly the right side of the palette. The colors are super pigmented and gorgeous! A must have! Plus it's like $5!

I hope you enjoyed my favorites of the month! Tell what you loved in December!! :)

Favorites of 2013!

Happy New Year! I have gone through my stash and have picked my favorites of 2013! :) This post will probably be long so go grab some coffee or tea and a snack and enjoy! :)

First off my favorite home scents! I love love love Pumpkin Caramel Latte  candle from Bath and Body Works! It's my perfect candle! :)
In my wax warmer I love Scentsy's Apple Press. Smells soo yummy!

My favorite hair product would have to be my refound love Aussie Hair Insurance. This stuff makes brushing my hair so so easy!! It is like gold to me!

My all time favorite makeup remover wipes are from Elf cosmetics. I seriously have like a dozen of these as backup because they are just that good! I've tried other ones and they do not compare! This takes off everything, even my Tarte waterproof liner! Plus just $3 for these, they are practically giving them away!
I tried Argan Oil this year as an overnight hair treatment and it works wonders! I put it in my hair the night before I shower and then rinse in the morning and it makes my hair soo soft! I also use this as a moisturizer at night on my face along with using my nails. It's fabulous! I found it on vitacost.com
My favorite skin treatment is Mary Kay's Microdermabrasion set. This makes my skin sooooo soft! I can feel when I am needing to do this again!

My favorite lip treatment is Mary Kay's satin lips set. I love the lip balm. It's amazing! It helps with my allergic reactions to some lip products. To get the nasty dry skin off you lips you use the lip scrub first then use the balm afterwards and it's wonderful! :)
My favorite acne treatment is the Elf zit zapper. Just roll this over your pimples and they will go down in size within a few days! Plus it's just a buck!! :)
Favorite eye base is Maybelline color tattoo in Bad to the Bronze and Nyx jumbo pencil in Yogurt. They both help keep your shadow put so no creasing!
My holy grail concealer is the Avon Ideal Flawless concealer stick. This stuff just melts into your skin and helps you look flawless like it says!

Favorite primers to goes Elf Cosmetics! Not only are they super affordable but they work just as well as high end brands! The elf essential eyelid primer works amazing for a buck! The elf mineral primer is fabulous and keeps your makeup on all day!

Favorite travel palette is my Lorac Pro To Go
This has all I need for a great everyday look!
It has 2 blushes, 1 bronzer, plus 6 shadows! I reach for it when we travel back home to WI all the time!

My favorite highlighter is Laura Geller baked highlighter in French Vanilla. This gives you the most natural candlelit glow ever! It is a bit more spendy but it's fabulous! I usually get her kits from QVC and some are smaller sizes but still last me forever and a day!
My favorite mascara is Lancome Definicils mascara. I love love love this stuff! But I hate the price tag! I try to catch a free gift with purchase deal to help me justify the price!
Favorite liner of the year goes to Ulta gel liner. This has taken the place of my Tarte eyeliner which makes me and my wallet happy! It glides on like butter and stays put all day long!
Favorite lipstick goes to Mary Kay True Dimensions Lipstick in Natural Beaute. It is a great everyday lipstick and is so creamy and hydrating!

My favorite blush category was a tie between Wet and Wild Blush in Mellow Wine and The Balm Cosmetics Frat Boy Blush! Wet and Wild blushes are super pigmented and gorgeous and the price tag is just $3! So you can grab them all without breaking the bank!
Frat Boy is such a pretty peachy/pink blush and I absolutely adore the packaging! The Balm makes a ton of great products!

My all time favorite foundation is of course Revlon Colorstay Whipped Foundation! It's such a fun texture and gives great coverage. It also stays put all day long even in super humid hot weather!
Favorite setting products is tied with Elf's makeup mist and set and Mary Kay's translucent powder. Honestly between the two I decide to use depends on my mood, lol. They both work well at setting your makeup!
My favorite bronzer is by Laura Geller. It's her baked bronzer in Bronze n Brighten. I love this stuff and it soo pretty in the pan! The swirls of pinks, whites, and browns gives you the perfect bronze look! This mini size has lasted me forever and it still looks like I've hardly used it!

My all time favorite brushes are from Elf cosmetics! From $1-$3 these are a steal! They are super soft and work well! They do not shed. A few may have a few runaway hairs.
My favorite brush cleaner is from Mary Kay. This huge bottle is just $10! It has lasted me 6 months so far and not even halfway gone! Love it!

My all time favorite eyeshadow palettes are of course the Naked palettes! They are all beautifully pigmented and are all gorgeous! If I had to choose just one of the 3 to have on a desert island it'd probably be the original Naked palette. But I am not stuck on an island so I get all of them! Bwhahahaha! :)
They are a bit spendy but they are totally worth every single penny! I'd repurchase them in a heartbeat!

I hope you enjoyed my Favorites of 2013! Tell me what are you favorites products of 2013?
