This is a super easy recipe to toss in your crockpot that is delish! Just grab some frozen chicken, canned pineapple, and your favorite BBQ or Buffalo sauce! I layered it in the crockpot with BBQ sauce, then half of the pineapple then I put the chicken on top then more BBQ sauce and topped it off with the pineapple! Easy peasy! Cook it on low for about 8 hours. I usually whip up some brown rice and mix it in at the end but you can totally eat it just like this or put it on tortilla shells for a fun taco night!
